About the founder
Madhuri Mirjam Paninski - EFT Master, spiritual teacher and student, writer, mother, partner, sister, friend, daughter, awakener, spirit, soul.
She serves as the Consciousness Program Director, mentor, and trainer for clinical certification students at EFT Universe. As a healing and clinical EFT practitioner, EFT trainer, mindfulness and meditation teacher, she has helped hundreds of clients and students liberate themselves to highest consciousness and freedom from limitation.
Mirjam is completing her doctoral research and book project on perinatal trauma and narratives around pregnancy and birth with a particular focus on BIWOC, their communities, and narratives of slavery that are still deeply ingrained in the medical apparatus in the United States at Brown University.
The combination of mindfulness practices and therapeutic somatic techniques, working with complex trauma, generational healing, high levels of anxiety, and habitual patterns, has deeply informed her research. She grew up meditating in ashrams and meditation centers around the world.
She has been faculty at various institutes, including the Omega Institute and CIIS, and multiple universities, including Brown University, Smith College, and the University of Vienna.
Mirjam's ancestral healing workshop was one of the most powerful workshops I've ever been to. I was able to release war trauma that had belonged to my father and I did not even realize it was not mine. My nervous system feels more stable than it ever has in my life after this experience.
